These Terms & Conditions outline how A Shipper’s Dr3am services operate, your responsibilities as a customer,
and how we handle payments, timelines, and unclaimed items.
Terms
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipment details and valid invoices for clearance purposes.
- Customs duty fees (when applicable) must be paid in full before packages can be cleared and released.
- Packages are handled in a first-in, first-out order. Earlier invoices must be cleared before later shipments are released.
- Estimated processing time for shipping and clearance is 24–48 hours excluding weekends; timelines may vary due to customs or shipping delays. If delays occur, we will notify you.
- All payments (shipping, duty, delivery, and related fees) must be made on or before delivery/pickup.
- Delivery is available in selected areas. If a delivery fee applies based on location, it will be confirmed before delivery.
- Sea freight items may incur delivery costs. Depending on size, the customer may be required to arrange delivery; if we arrange delivery, the additional cost is the customer’s responsibility.
- Unclaimed packages not collected after 15 days will accrue a storage fee of $100 JMD per day.
- Packages unclaimed after 45 days may be destroyed.
Acceptance: By using A Shipper’s Dr3am services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Customer Policy.
