Delivery – FREE delivery based on location however if a delivery fee is required this will be discussed prior to delivery.Package updates
Once your package is delivered to your shpping address you will receive an automated email/whatsapp message notification that your package is delivered. A second notification via email/Whatsapp message will be sent once the package is shipped and will be cleared at customs. Lastly a final automated message will be sent via email/Whatsapp stating that package is ready for delivery/pickup and an invoice will be included which should be paid prior to delivery/pick up.

All customs duty fees have to be paid in full before packages are cleared and collected. Customs duty fees are allotted by customs if the value of a package exceeds the $100 USD.
For all packages there is a first in first out. This means the first package/s invoice have to be cleared before the others are released.
Invoices must be provided to facilitate the clearance process, this can be uploaded directly via email/whatsapp.
Delivery and curb side pick-up options are available. If a delivery fee is required based on the location this will be discussed prior to delivery.
Items sent via sea freight incure a delivery cost. Based on the size of the item customer may be required to provide their own delivery, however if needed a delivery can be set up at an additional cost which will be the responsibility of the customer.
For all packages payments must be made on or prior to the delivery of your package.
Package shipping and clearance usually takes approximately 24-48 hours excluding weekends, if there are any delay this will be relayed to you.
Packages that are unclaimed or not collected after 15 days will start to attract a $100 JMD per day storage fee. Additionally after 45 days unclaimed packages will be destroyed.
